Cuomo: Sexual Harassment Allegation Isn't True PUBLISHED 2:32 PM ET Dec. 14, 2020 PUBLISHED 2:32 PM EST Dec. 14, 2020 SHARE Gov. Andrew Cuomo denied on Monday the allegations of former aide Lindsey Boylan that he sexually harassed her by commenting on her appearance. "It's not true," Cuomo said during a news conference at the state Capitol in Albany. "Look, I fought for and believe that a woman has the right to come forward and express her opinion and concerns she has, but it's just not true." Asked in a follow-up if he ever commented on Boylan's appearance while she worked in the administration, the governor again said the claim was not true.
