Customs hands over stolen rail tracks to NSCDC : vimarsana.c

Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Niger/Kogi Command, has handed over a Mitsubishi Canter truck, carrying railway locomotive parts, to the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).
