Customs releases intercepted railway parts to NSCDC in Niger

Niger/Kogi Area Command of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) on Wednesday released heavy railway locomotive parts it intercepted to the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Niger.
