Cuts to aid budget 'shrouded in secrecy', charities warn 
NGOs demand to know which aid programmes are being slashed and how decisions are made

There is a “shocking” lack of transparency around UK aid cuts, which are taking place without proper consultation, international development organisations have warned. 
Speaking ahead of foreign secretary Dominic Raab’s first appearance in front of the international development select committee (IDC), development charities called on the government to reveal which aid programmes are being cut and how decisions are being made.
