Cuyahoga Falls police: 19-year-old charged with assault for ‘unreasonably’ dropping 3-month-old child multiple times

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cuyahoga Falls Police Department said a 19-year-old man was criminally charged for alleged abuse of his young child.
Tyler Greer called 911 on Feb. 10 to request medical attention and an ambulance for his 3-month-old, according to Cuyahoga Falls police.
Emergency responders arrived and eventually took the child to Akron Children’s Hospital for treatment.
Hospital staff evaluated the child and determined that the brain trauma was likely caused by mistreatment, triggering a call to the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department.
