Polish video game studio CD Projekt Red’s open world game Cyberpunk 2077 is widely regarded as one of the most-anticipated games of the year. The game went on to create launch day records on Steam and Twitch. However, the game is not only plagued by performance issues but also bugs, with users complaining of system crashes. The developer CD Projekt Red has apologised to fans through its official Twitter handle. It is also offering refunds. Here’s Cyberpunk 2077 developer’s apology letter as it appeared on Twitter: “Dear gamers, First of all, we would like to start by apologizing to you for not showing the game on base last-gen consoles before it premiered and, in consequence, not allowing you to make a more informed decision about your purchase. We should have paid more attention to making it play better on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
