David Johnell Eggleston Jr., 25, of Oxon Hill, is accused of killing 25-year-old Patrick Davion Gafford on July 2 at a high-rise apartment building on Oak Leaf Drive, police said in a press release on Thursday. Both men fired guns during the robbery, police said. Gafford and Eggleston went to the apartment building on July 2 to rob a man, police spokesman Officer Rick Goodale told Bethesda Beat on Thursday.
