A new, nationally representative Finder survey of 1,501 New Zealanders aged 18 above has revealed that around 41% of Kiwis are carrying credit card debt. Those with plastic debt were found to owe around $3,776 on average, with 17% citing credit card repayments as their leading cause of financial stress.
