Delhi L-G nod to file appeal in SC against 1984 riots case j

According to L-G House officials, Saxena has approved the Home Department’s proposal to file a Special Leave Petition (SLP) in the Apex Court against the August 9 judgment of the Delhi High Court by which the appeal against a trial court verdict acquitting all the accused was dismissed.
