A GROUP of volunteers in Denbigh, dedicated to keeping the town looking its best, is looking for more residents to help it prepare for a ‘huge’ rest of the year ahead in 2021. Denbigh In Bloom was all set to take place in both the 'Wales in Bloom' and 'Britain in Bloom' competitions in 2020 - but the Coronavirus pandemic left both suspended. The Royal Horticultural Society competitions have since been re-scheduled for this year with Denbigh In Bloom again entered. Now, the group hopes that members of the Denbigh community will step forward to help them prepare for both competitions. The group will be setting up more than 70 planters situated around the town's High Street area and could do with a few helping hands to help speed up the process and get the area looking as colourful as possible.
