Brandon Sun By: Drew May Advertisement The existence of a woman’s intimate images was of little concern to the Brandon Police Service during a 2016 hiring competition, but the appearance of dishonesty was, a Brandon court heard on Thursday. Brandon police deputy chief Randy Lewis testified on the fourth day of Brittany Roque’s civil lawsuit against Terry Lynn Peters for sharing her intimate images without her consent. The City of Brandon is a third party in the lawsuit, which is being heard by Justice Sandra Zinchuk in the Court of Queen’s Bench. Peters shared the intimate images of Roque with Brandon police executive after she found them in the private email of her then-partner, Ryan Friesen, who is also a Brandon police officer. The court heard on Monday that Roque and Ryan Friesen had a brief affair in 2015.
