on day 61 of the gulf oil disaster one of bp's investors is now accusing the oil giant of reckless operation of the deepwater horizon rig. they own 25% of the broken well. and the ceo says bp was guilty of gross negligence and willful misconduct leading to the explosion. 11 deaths in the entire catastrophic spill. meantime, ceo tony hayward has gone straight from his grilling on capitol hill to yacht races off the english coast. the obama administration says it's just one more misstep in a long line of pr problems by bp's top executive. chris lawrence is live with the lates. what's the reactions to hayward going back to england to attend a yacht race? >> reporter: mixed, dana. he's got a boat that's worth about three quarters of a million dollars and it was involved in a race so he went back to spend the day at this
