there the last few days. he's not there now, so apparently he didn't want to play blackjack today. the commander of the u.s. coast guard, robert papp, came down to survey what's happening in the mississippi, and the coast guard men that work in that station had to wade to water that come up to their waist to come over just to say hello to the commandant. he was here in part trying to figure out what it's going to take to restore commerce in this area. products are moved up and down this area with barges. that traffic is way slowed down. we haven't seen one set of barges come through here this morning. that's one of the key things they want to get moving as quickly as they can, but the big thing is the weather. in addition to keeping an eye on the water, today they're keeping an eye on the heavens to see
