keeps ghadafi from using his aircraft, but he can still use his land forces with some impunity. jon: we know that moammar ghadafi orded the bombing of that german discotheque that killed a couple of american servicemen, we know he ordered the bombing of pan-am flight 103. might he resort to more of that kind of terrorism in the days ahead? >> he might. and he actually said the other day he might attack civil aviation in one of his interviews and that there would be a price to pay, in other words, for the west and his opponents in this struggle. now, that said, he'd have to be pretty stupid to do it. he is very erratic. but it would certainly give us the pretext to go in there very quickly and get rid of him in the event they carried out some type of terrorist action. many of us are actually concerned that there may be more likelihood of terrorism in some of the rebel elements which are allied to some of the jihadist organizations. jon: neil livingston, some ominous warnings there. neil, thanks.
