is gone. >> bret: very quickly. 15 years ago, fox news channel started. what about our impact? >> well, bret, i just want to say the first time i caught "special report" on tv i thought it was a network special report that you used to get on nbc, abc, break in primetime, we bombed somebody. i keep waiting for the news, like what is the special report. oh, no, it's a show. [ laughter ] clearly i kept watching. now i'm on the show and i really enjoy the show. but i think it's always good for journalists when we have competition. more outlets you have going after things, the better is it for people that are interested in news getting out there, news of any kind. >> bret: we're going to leave it at david's wise words. that's it for panel. stay tuned for a look back at 15 years of fox news channel.
