here was -- it's my worry as well. it's this idea that another consumer agency is going to be any better as policing consumer rights and needs than the myriad of agencies and acronyms we have. the sec, the csec. all these. how do we know that? >> well, i think that look, the consumer bureau is only for credit products so it doesn't impact securities or insurance products. it replaces the fed. ed fed had this authority to right write rules. the banking agency would enforce them. >> neil: do you think it will go that smoothly? you know washington better than anyone that there's not going to be turf wars? >> well, no, i'm sure there are always turf wars. but i think that the consumer bureau has done a pretty good job, they've balanced competing
