this is really simple. everybody has a chair they can find at home. whatever you want to use, whether it's soup cans -- i'm going to use simple weights. this is a real easy one. you sit back in the chair, shoulders back. you're going to extend your arms straight out. >> okay. all you do is bend the elbows so the weights are at the temple and then straight up. squeeze in about 20 repetitions back and forth. >> that little jiggly under the arm. >> that's an area where everybody really wants to get rid of it. really important. >> everybody wants to get rid of every area. again, you should be doing minute-long -- don't do too much because it's counteractive. -- counter reactive. and make sure you don't lift weights that are too heavy and you will be squeezing into that suit in no time. >> exactly. >> tony, thank you so much. >> thank you. >> always great to have you here. >> thanks for having me. could achieving happiness be as simple as introducing ten rituals into our lives? sounds pretty easy to me.
