a new report finds no veterans died as a result of waiting for care. the report did find though delays in care for veterans, as well as poor scheduling practices. the v.a. says any potential criminal violations will be presented to federal prosecutors and considering action against managers. this morning we have a frightening incident to show you from a training exercise being carried out by the mexican military. troops were jumping out of the back of this plane when one of the paratrooper's chute gets caught on a wire leaving him dangling. keep in mind the plane was said to be flying at 3,000 feet. see him there. video end with the soldier spinning helplessly. reports say he was rescued in the end and being treated for undisclosed injuries. from tulsa, this is not the aftermath of a tragedy. it's the result of a big mistake. fire suppression foam, yeah, filled this hangar. oh, my goodness. huge area of the tarmac, covering ten national guard helicopters. this happened while the fire-fighting system was being checked out. blackhawks were not damaged. look at that. a huge mess.
