vegetarian, are kids at a disadvantage because of the type of eating hab it? >> there are certain things that vegan or vegetarian kids are at risk for. those kids who are parts of families that are vegetarians and those who are adolescents making their own ethical decisions are at risk for iron deficiency, if they're not having enough iron supplementation and vitamin b 12 deficiency. kids that lead vegetarian life are healthier, less overweight, not stopping by fast-food places with a lot of bags for dinner. it's an interesting balance. >> they say if man made it, don't eat it. >> i've heard that, too. can't use s.o.f.a. for that. >> whole grains, veggies tend to be pricier than bag meals, happy meals. how do parents keep their kids
