one of them doing its job. >> there's a scene in the movie where mark wahlberg, yeah, they're on a stakeout and somehow, the guy loses the guy that they're tracking, and whalberg's all upset, and you know, yelling at the guy. and the guy looks up and says, well, who are you? and whalberg says, i'm the guy doing my job, you must be the other guy. sometimes i feel like saying to these guys, i'm the guy doing my job, you must be the other guy. >> and congress was certainly the other guy when it came to obamacare's employer mandate. it took extra time to implement. so the white house fold a long and bipartisan precedent of shifting deadlines for that implementation. now, it would have been nice if congress weighed in, but they failed to work with the senate and get a bill on the issue to the president. they were too busy with all those repeal votes and hypocrisy that lewis slaughter slammed at today's hearing on the suit.
