shallow enough to not kill him, i was hoping. because i -- once again, i was making a point. >> weaver is due to be released in 2027, thanks to what he says was an anti-death penalty judge at his original murder trial. >> bottom line is i got an out-date. this arrogant-ass judge, you know, who didn't believe in the death penalty, thought that's what i wanted. so he was going to give me the opposite. he could have made a serious mistake because when i first got to prison, like i said, i had blood on my mind. you know, i wanted to get my knife wet, and i did. and it's only by the grace of the gods and goddesses that this guy lived. and i've just always kind of wondered what that judge would have thought if i had got to prison and killed somebody else, when he could have sentenced me to death like he should have. >> your unit, [ bleep ], [ bleep ]
