RADE detectives, a Grants Pass Police K9 team, and troopers from Oregon State Police stopped a gray Volkswagen SUV on I-5 just south of Azalea on Sunday. Investigators said that they had been watching the two men in the vehicle — Jonathon James Lawson and Jesus Rubio — on suspicion of drug trafficking.
