The Daily Telegram TECUMSEH — Developers who want to turn the former Tecumseh Public Schools administration building into apartments should learn in October if they will get tax credits for the project. Tecumseh Public Schools Superintendent Rick Hilderley gave an update on the progress of the application work during Monday’s school board meeting. He said he’s been in communication with Craig Patterson, senior vice president of Woda Cooper Development Inc. of Columbus, Ohio, one of the companies involved in the potential redevelopment project. Hilderley relayed that Patterson is encouraged by changes in the Michigan State House Development Authority (MSHDA) application for tax credits.
