A development partner is being sought to transform the land around High Speed 2’s (HS2's) Interchange Station in the Midlands. One of UK’s largest regeneration schemes, the 140ha Arden Cross site extends east of the NEC exhibition centre campus and M42 motorway. Global commercial real estate services company JLL has been appointed to help promote the £3.2bn mixed use scheme and bring on board an experienced development partner “with strong placemaking credentials”. The Arden Cross development will deliver up to 3,000 new homes and a network of sustainable new public realm and green spaces which “retain and enhance the local historic landscape features”.
