Development of 36 affordable new homes nearly complete A NEW £6million housing development featuring 36 affordable homes in a village on the outskirts of Hartlepool is nearing completion after ‘rapid progress’ in recent months. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, work has been progressing on the Station Manor development in Greatham, which will feature family homes and bungalows. Karbon Homes has worked with local development partner Gus Robinson Developments in Hartlepool and specialist contractor Applebridge, based in Middlesbrough, to provide the properties. Developers have said the new homes off Station Road will fit ‘seamlessly into the character’ of the area and be a ‘high level of design quality’.
