Devon man admits to attempting to have sex with a minor, awa

A Chester County man, who was once a minister in Harrisburg, admitted that he used a social media site to try to meet who he believed was an underage boy for sex in Conshohocken, however, unbeknownst to him he was communicating with an undercover detective posing as the child.
