The forecast can change very quickly. While the North Country only got a couple of inches of snow, the Southern Valleys got a couple of feet of snow last night. One Cooperstown local, Josh Edmonds, said "I woke up this morning and I was like wow. We're not going to work today." Another Cooperstown resident, Ralph Snell, said "I was remarking to my wife how this is like a really deep snow for one of the initial snows."
