Named YYZ12, the new 6,900 square-foot data centre makes available 800 kW of IT capacity to businesses in downtown Toronto, providing full interconnection to its sister facility TOR1 in nearby Vaughan, via redundant dark fibre paths. Local fibre provider Beanfield Metroconnect will support Digital Realty's new Metro Connect offering for clients in the city.
