HENDERSON â If all goes right, itâs possible that by winter local leaders will be asking developers or other potential partners whether theyâd like to help them install a ready-to-use âshell buildingâ in the third phase of the Henderson-Vance Industrial Park. The director of the Henderson-Vance Economic Development Commission, Christian Lockamy, said the group is methodically briefing local leaders on the project to secure both their advice and support for it. The latest of those briefings occurred this month for the EDC board itself, which was meeting in person for the first time since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The group agreed to throw its support behind the idea.
