Dissident Manipur Leaders, Who Announced Government-In-Exile

A case has been registered against dissident leaders Yambem Biren and Narengbam Samarjit Singh, who announced “Manipur government-in-exile” in London for waging a war against the state, Chief Minister N Biren Singh said on Wednesday. Addressing a press conference in Imphal, the Manipur CM said that he has directed officials to handover the case to the National Investigation Agency (NIA).
