But Justice Secretary Menardo I. Guevarra said: “We are awaiting any special instructions from OP (Office of the President).” “If no directive is issued, I will take it to mean that all DOJ personnel will work from home during the ECQ in the NCR, except a skeletal staff to man the frontline to receive incoming documents, and the NPS (National Prosecution Service) will do e-inquests,” he said.
