But the owners say they can't do so at their current location. "It's not what I would call comfortable to produce the amount of popcorn that we need to at certain times of the year," said Angie Anderson, co-owner of the shop. "We have equipment currently that can produce four times as much per hour. ... We just don't have the space for it." Concerns about space at Cashmere Popcorn's downtown Topeka location, 728 S. Kansas Ave., led Angie Anderson and her husband, Bill Anderson, to begin thinking a few years ago about what might come next — and now they have their answer.
