(WTVM) - Schools in Chambers County are being closed for the rest of the week after dozens of employees have either tested positive for COVID-19 or been quarantined due to exposure. Chambers County School District officials say that Tuesday, 24 school employees and counting were being quarantined due to the virus. The school board held a called session to approve measures from Chambers County Superintendent Casey Chambley to close all schools and facilities between Jan. 6 and Jan. 8.
