Unfavorable economic conditions in the family have sparked child exploitation and school dropouts. This is an alarming situation and could lead to a lost generation. Jakarta (ANTARA) - Speaker of the Regional Representatives Council (DPD) A. A. LaNyalla Mahmud Mattalitti cautioned the government of child poverty exacerbating as an impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Unfavorable economic conditions in the family have sparked child exploitation and school dropouts. This is an alarming situation and could lead to a lost generation," Mattalitti noted in a statement here on Saturday.
