Drive-thru community breakfast scheduled in Ridgeland Jasper County Sun Times A Jasper County resident wants to help out those in need of a good meal over the holidays by hosting a free drive-thru community breakfast Saturday morning. Hardeeville native La’Quisha Devoe and several others will be serving free breakfast from 8-10 a.m. at the Jasper County Farmers Market, 9935 Jacob Smart Blvd., Ridgeland. To follow state and federal COVID-19 safety guidelines, participants are asked to drive through and pick up a breakfast takeout plate. Masks are required. “I was fortunate enough to be supported by several businesses in Jasper County, as well as many individuals that have found it in their hearts to support this event, including the Young Democrats of Jasper County and others,” Devoe said. “I am just doing what God put on my heart.”
