Drive-thru community breakfast scheduled in Ridgeland Jasper County Sun Times A Jasper County resident wants to help out those in need of a good meal over the holidays by hosting a free drive-thru community breakfast Saturday morning. Hardeeville native La’Quisha Devoe and several others will be serving free breakfast from 8-10 a.m. at the Jasper County Farmers Market, 9935 Jacob Smart Blvd., Ridgeland.
