By Stanley Onyekwere The Directorate of Road Traffic Services (DRTS), of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), has raided and arrested no fewer than 50 dispatch riders for allegedly riding against one-way and beating traffic lights within the city centre. The Directorate also warned that the reckless behaviour of dispatch riders in the city would no longer be acceptable by the FCTA and the motoring public. Making this assertion, the DRTS Director, Alhaji Wadata Bodinga, the Director, FCTA Directorate of Road Traffic made the disclosure while briefing newsmen shortly after raid and arrest of defaulting motorcycles in Abuja. Bodinga revealed that the directorate had received a lot of complaints about the conduct of some dispatch riders within the city and ” we have seen it too.
