The Duluth Economic Development Authority has asked the Minnesota Court of Appeals to overturn a decision requiring maintenance at the Pastoret Terrace building.
DEDA on Thursday filed a notice of appeal of last week's ruling from 6th Judicial District Judge Eric Hylden, who declined to lift an injunction against demolition in wake of a Nov. 1 blaze — the latest in a string of fires dating back to 2010.
