(Clint Austin / 2019 file / News Tribune) Duluth Public Library patrons will soon be able to check out Minnesota State Park passes free of charge for up to seven days at a time. The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has selected the library to be part of its new Minnesota State Parks Library Program, according to a news release. The Duluth library will have four park passes that can be checked out between June 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022.
