A DUNFERMLINE man has been charged with dangerous driving after a police chase ended with a pick-up truck crashing through a fence and into a garden. Stuart Nowrie, 36, appeared in private at Falkirk Sheriff Court yesterday (Thursday) after the alleged incident on Wednesday. He is accused on petition of dangerous driving, police assault, impeding police and registration plate fraud. It is also alleged the vehicle he was driving had no MOT. The high-speed pursuit, which started near Clackmannan and took in Fife and Tayside, was said to have caused "significant delays" on the M90 motorway before it came to a crashing end 45 minutes later in Cardenden.
