(Shutterstock) ELMHURST, IL – In the last few days, Elmhurst police arrested people on theft, fireworks, domestic battery and drug charges, among others. Here is information from the reports: Retail theft William C. Fallon, 18, of Elmhurst, was cited Monday at CVS Pharmacy, 110 W. North Ave., on charges of retail theft, consumption of alcohol by a minor, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. He was released on bond. According to a police report, an officer saw a suspicious person leave CVS, ride his bicycle from the store, fail to stop for the officer and throw a bottle of beer in a yard as he rode away. He admitted to drinking and throwing the bottle from CVS into the yard.
