Emerald Isle eyes sidewalk dining under NCDOT rules : vimars

EMERALD ISLE — Emerald Isle commissioners voted 5-0 Tuesday night to begin the process to allow sidewalk dining at restaurants in town under N.C. Department of Transportation (NCDOT) regulations.
