Employer Must Pay for Its Own Defense in Breach of Duty Suit

Twin City Fire Insurance Co. doesn’t have to pay for its insureds’ defense in two breach of fiduciary duty class actions, even though the policy says it covers breach of fiduciary duty cases, a federal court said.
