(Courtesy of Town of Enfield) ENFIELD, CT — Town Manager Chris Bromson presented a proposed budget of just over $146.5 million for fiscal year 2021-22 to the town council Monday night, an increase of nearly 5.5 percent over the current year. However, homeowners will not face a tax increase. The budget proposal of $146,541,970 is up more than $7.6 million over the 2020-21 allotment. However, an increase in the grand list would enable the mill rate to remain at 34.23 for the third straight year. Highlights of Bromson's presentation included: Subscribe Splash pad at Parkman School
