Enhanced EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Negotiations to Intensify :

European Commissioner Justice Reynders and Secretary of Commerce Raimondo March 25 joint statement announcing negotiations on an enhanced EU-U.S. Privacy Shield framework will speed up, as new framework needed since EU-U.S. Privacy Shield framework annulled by Court of Justice of the EU Schrems II judgment July 2020.
