EPA To Propose New Rule Banning Ongoing Use of Asbestos : vi

Environmental Protection Agency EPA announced will propose to prohibit ongoing uses of chrysotile asbestos, only known form of asbestos currently imported into United States. EPA notes proposed rule will be first-ever risk management rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act.
