EPD completes state accreditation program - The Ellsworth Am

Moshier kicked off the program in Ellsworth about three years earlier, after a “complete overhaul” of his department’s policies and procedures he initiated in 2017, guided by those of the MLEAP-accredited Auburn Police Department.
