Idaho’s redistricting process is expected to begin in September based on U.S. Census Bureau data the state expects to receive in August, state officials told legislative leaders Tuesday during the Legislative Council meeting at the Statehouse. Complicating matters, the state is already behind schedule and a lawsuit is all but inevitable.
