EU citizens waiting to have their applications to stay in the UK decided have been left vulnerable by a disorganised UK Government, the SNP has claimed. Patricia Gibson MP has raised concerns about those on Universal Credit who have yet to have their request to stay granted, after asking ministers how they would ensure they would not have payments stopped.
