Doctors across the country were offered up to £100,000 by a luxury property firm to vaccinate its workforce amid fears of an emerging black market for jabs. The Hacking Trust, a London-based property investment firm, sent an email to NHS surgeries today offering a “reward” for vaccinating its “frontline staff”, the Telegraph can disclose. The company told GPs it would pay £5,000 for every jab administered to its 20 workers. “This can be paid either as a charitable donation or to the staff member directly,” the email said. In November the government vowed that private companies would not be allowed to purchase the vaccine before everyone in the country was offered the jab for free on the NHS.
